Hong Kong Skyline

 

There is always a sentimental place in every person where unforgettable moments and events took place. Many things are associated with Hong Kong such as its beautiful skyline, victoria harbour, food, tourism etc. For me, what I feel in my painting is my memories of childhood, holiday, family and friends. 

 

Ovarlaying layers of painting mimics the layers of memories year by year, making the painting more and more detailed with lights, reflections, structure and tones. 

 

When displayed in a slightly dull room, it just seems to glow out of the darkness.
